Graduates should arrive no later than 4:15pm and proceed to the room designated for robing for their program posted in the lobby on the display board. Guests may seat themselves. |
| Parking |
Parking for the ceremony will be available in the following places: From Sherman Street: in the Hartford Seminary main lot, behind the Macdonald Center (76 Sherman), behind the Hartford Institute for Religion Research (80 Sherman), in the UConn Law School parking lot or on Sherman Street From Girard Street: park in the Hartford Seminary main back lot (please do NOT park in the spaces to the left of the driveway as you enter this lot) or on Girard Street. |

| Check-In and Robing |
Hartford Seminary ? rooms for each program/degree will be posted on the display board in the lobby. NO LATER THAN 4:15PM |
All students receiving degrees/certificates or being recognized (D.Min.) must check in, robe (where required), line-up and receive final instructions for the processional and the ceremony. |
| Ceremony | Begins at 5:00 PM | The ceremony is approximately 90 minutes long. It will be on the front lawn of the Seminary rain or shine. |
| Reception |
Hartford Seminary ? Meeting Room Immediately following ceremony |
Students and guests are invited to join program guests, faculty and staff immediately following the ceremony for light refreshments in the Meeting Room. |
| Graduates check-out | All students wearing robes/ hoods | All robes and hoods provided by the Seminary on the day of the ceremony are rented! All students wearing rented robes (and hoods M.A./D.Min.) need to deliver them to the front desk immediately after the reception. |
