Seminary Co-Sponsors ‘Muslim Women’s Voices at Wesleyan’

Hartford Seminary and the Muslim Coalition of Connecticut are both co-sponsors for a yearlong series at Wesleyan University called “Muslim Women’s Voices.” The 2014-15 series featuring artists from around the world will, according to Wesleyan, “expand awareness, knowledge, and understanding of Muslim cultures through the lens of performance. … Through this journey, we invite audiences to celebrate the complexity of Muslim women today, and the historical and cultural context from which they have emerged.”
