Prof. Najib Awad gave a lecture on Dec. 14 in the Episcopalian/Anglican Church of Vienna. His lecture was titled The Syrian Crisis: Yesterday and Today.

Prof. Awad, a native of Syria, shared with the audience an exposition of the Syrian crisis and a reflection on the refugees’ crisis and their presence in Europe. The lecture was followed by an hourlong Q&A.
