Professor David D. Grafton has a busy October lined up.

On Oct. 14, he is the resource person for the New England Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, providing a workshop on Discerning Information about Muslims and Islam in a Polarized America: Resources for Congregations.

On Oct. 21-22, he will chair a panel at the Respect Graduate School conference: Islam in America: Civic and Religious Youth Identities in Bethlehem, PA. Dr. Ingrid Mattson, who taught for many years at Hartford Seminary and ran its Islamic Chaplaincy Program, is a keynote.

On Oct. 27,  he will present for the Presbyterian Presbytery of Southern New England on Presbyterians in the Middle East.
