Professor Miriam Therese Winter and musician Sara Thomsen will conduct a program at the Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on April 27 and 28.

The program is “Cosmic Spirit: Planetary Spirituality for All.” Professor Winter’s book, Paradoxology: Spirituality in a Quantum Universe, will “provide the framework for exploring a newly emerging global consciousness and more authentic ways of living faithfully in a constantly evolving universe.”

Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center is a sacred space where people of all faiths and cultures are invited to explore and nurture their relationships with the Source of all Being, Earth, Self and Others, with an increasing awareness of the story of the Universe. Prairiewoods is sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, a Catholic community.
