Lucinda Mosher, Faculty Associate for Interfaith Studies, has co-edited a book called Hindu Approaches to Spiritual Care.
The book contains 30 essays by chaplains, scholars and others. It aims to offer “a comprehensive theoretical and practical approach to the relationship of Hinduism and chaplaincy.”
Dr. Mosher’s co-editor is Vineet Chander, Coordinator for Hindu Life at Princeton University. Chander, who took several courses at Hartford Seminary with Dr. Mosher, specializes in the Bhakti movement, models of pastoral counseling, and the Hindu-American diaspora community.
