Cooperative Master of Divinity at Hartford Seminary

Welcome to Hartford Seminary!

BEC_5295For many, enrollment in a Master of Divinity program is the first step in becoming a professional faith leader. Hartford Seminary offers a unique approach to those wishing to begin this journey through our Cooperative M.Div. program, in partnership with Yale Divinity School or Andover Newton Theological Seminary. Students to begin their studies at Hartford Seminary and, if accepted, to proceed to either of the cooperating seminaries to complete their Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree.

As part of Hartford Seminary’s dedication to interfaith understanding, students will take at least one course on interfaith dialogue or a different faith tradition. Hartford’s one-of-a-kind setting allows for students from all over the world to study, pray, and prepare for public ministry together. Financial aid is available.
