Rev. Odell Montgomery Cooper, MA, Founder, Interruptions Disrupting the Silence, LLC, which is dedicated to being an advocate for Mental Health, Gun Violence and Social Justice issues that impact communities of color. Rev. Cooper completed her undergraduate degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C.  Her path toward ministry began while attending Hartford Seminary’s Black Ministries Program (BMP).  Where she also earned her master’s degree in Congregations Studies. She currently serves as the President of the Hartford Seminary’s Black Ministries Program Alumni Association (BMPAA) and Adjunct Professor. Rev. Cooper is an Associate Minister at Mount Aery Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Executive leader with CONECT (Congregations Organized for a New CT) and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
