Islamic Chaplaincy Program – Virtual Information Session

A Muslim Chaplain provides support and professional, compassionate presence to those in the community, on campus, in hospitals, prisons, and the military. Our program prepares you professionally and academically to work in every field. As the first accredited program in the nation, we offer training that is constantly progressing to meet evolving needs. Islamic Chaplaincy is at the cutting edge of service and support for Muslims in America – where our beliefs intersect with the public sphere.

Join us on Tuesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. for a virtual information session on Hartford Seminary’s Islamic Chaplaincy Program (ICP). Program Co-Directors Dr. Timur Yuskaev and Dr. Bilal Ansari joined by Program Coordinator Aida Mansoor, will lead a conversation on how our program can prepare you for working in the various fields of chaplaincy. Drs. Yuskaev and Ansari will also talk about the intensive courses they will teach this summer – both relevant to the work of the Muslim Chaplain!
