The 36-credit Master of Arts in Transformative Leadership and Spirituality is a pioneering program designed for those engaged in leadership roles, are serving in the public or private sector, or for those who want to deepen their understanding of how to live faithfully, and with integrity, in today’s multifaith and pluralistic world. Students learn to integrate the theory and practice of leadership and spirituality in ways meaningful to everyday life. “Transformative” refers to a transformation of consciousness that is reflected in outward action, and the curriculum supports that outcome.

The required areas of study include courses focused on living through and in the spirit, leadership in the field, religious heritage; elective courses may be taken in the areas of Dialogue, Arts of Ministry, or Worship & Spirituality.
