Recalls

Books may be recalled after 7 days’ use by the initial borrower. The book must be returned within 7 days of notice. Fines accrue at $5.00 per day thereafter.

Lost & Damaged Fees

 $50.00, or if item costs more than $50.00,  then item cost in addition to a $15.00 processing fee.

We do not accept borrower-provided replacement items.

Use of Computers

Computers are provided primarily for the convenience of our students. All use must follow the Hartford Seminary computer use guidelines.

Use of Library Spaces

Library spaces are meant for study and research. The Quiet Study is a quiet zone; the doors may be closed to keep the area quiet. The main reading room is a busier area, where conversation and collaboration are encouraged.
