Registration Options

Audit: Students who wish to learn more about a subject but are not seeking academic credit. Audit students may convert from audit to credit, with instructor approval, before the last day of class by submitting the Audit-Credit Change Form

Special Student -Students with a bachelor’s degree (or its educational equivalent), who wish to take courses for credit, but have not been admitted or matriculated into a Hartford Seminary graduate program, may register to take courses as a Special Student. Special students are required to submit proof of Bachelor’s degree to the Registrar’s Office prior to the start of class.

Billing and Payment:

Special Student Rate – $2,349 per course

Audit Rate – $349 per course

Credit card via Populi; After your registration has been processed you will receive an email with instructions for accessing Populi. There is a 2.85% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
